小剂量氯胺酮对髋关节置换患者血浆IL-6的影响被引量：2

摘要目的探讨术前静脉给予小剂量氯胺酮对髋关节置换术患者血浆细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选择2010年12月至2011年12月该院收治的髋关节置换手术患者40例,随机分为氯胺酮组(n=20)和生理盐水组(n=20)。两组患者均采用腰硬联合麻醉,氯胺酮组手术前5min内静脉滴注小剂量氯胺酮(0.5mg/kg)盐水溶液5mL;生理盐水组予以生理盐水5mL。比较两组患者血浆IL-6水平等临床指标。结果 T2、T3时氯胺酮组IL-6水平较生理盐水组低(P<0.05)。结论小剂量氯胺酮可能降低髋关节置换手术患者IL-6水平,可能产生良好的减轻炎症和免疫调节作用。
