摘要
目的研究血小板活化和内皮细胞损害对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的影响。方法采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定66例SLE和40例正常人血浆血浆血栓烷B2(TXB2)、11-去氢-血栓烷B2(DH-TXB2)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、凝血酶调节蛋白(TM)水平。结果 (1)SLE无肾损害组:与对照组比较:治疗前DH-TXB2、GMP-140、TM升高(P<0.05),与治疗前比较:治疗后TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、vWF降低(P<0.05)。(2)SLE有肾损害组:与对照组比较:治疗前TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、vWF、TM升高(P<0.01);治疗后TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、vWF、TM升高(P<0.05-0.01);与治疗前比较:治疗后TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、vWF、TM降低(P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者存在血小板活化和内皮细胞损害,有肾损害组较显著,治疗后减轻。
Objective To study the effects of platelet activation and injury of endothelial cell on sys- temic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and their prognoses. Method Radio-immunity and ELISA were em- ployed to detect the TXB2, DH-TXB2, GMP-140, vWF,TM levels in 66 cases of SLE patients and 40 cases of the normal, healthy control person. Results ( 1 ) SLE with no renal damage group : contrast with the control groups:The levels of DH- TXB2, GMP- 140, TM increased before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while TXB2, DH- TXB2, GMP-140, vWF decreased after treatment( P 〈 0.05 ). (2)SLE with renal damage groups contrast with the control groups ; levels of TXB2, DH- TXB2, GMP- 140, vWF, TM increased before treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; TXB2, DH- TXB2 , GMP- 140, vWF, TM increased after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ) ; contrast with the before treatment groups, TXB2, DH- TXB2, GMP- 140, vWF, TM decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) after treatment. Conclusion Activations of platelet and injuries of epithelium cells existed in SLE patients, and for renal damage pgroups is more seriously, after theray all have lessen.
