From the actual needs of the community, and taking advantage of the college, Changde Vocational and Technical College takes the lead to establish Changde Vocational Training and Education Group, to carry out a series of vocational training program. Through analyzing the present situation of vocational training, the article explores the road of vocational training practice, studies the problems and looks for the countermeasures in order to promote vocational training to the sustained and healthy development.
