On Influence and Perfecting of Talents Cultivating Mode of Aquatic Products Specialty in Higher Vocational College

高职教育的特殊性与人才培养的现实需求决定了工学结合培养模式的特点。江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院水产专业实行"1.5+0.5+0.5+0.5"人才培养模式,对学生、学校与企业都产生了积极的良性影响;进一步完善该模式可从理顺关系、创新体制机制、加强师资队伍建设等方向入手。

The particularity of higher vocational education and the reality of the talent training demand determine the characteristics of the work-learning combination training mode. Aquatic Products specialty in Jiangsu Animal Husbandry ＆ Veterinary College practices＂ 1.5 ＋ 0.5 ＋ 0.5 ＋ 0.5＂ talents cultivating mode and it has good effects on students, school and enterprises.
