摘要
人力资源供应链管理是供应链理论在人力资源管理领域的运用,目的就是在合适的时间,以合理的成本,将适合的人才分配到合适的岗位,实现企业人力资源价值最大化。企业内部协调合作以及企业与人力资源供应商形成战略伙伴关系为人力资源供应链运作奠定了坚实的基础和保证。企业人力资源供应链构建的核心要素包括:人力资源预测、供应商评估和选择、人力资源分销管理、人力资源库信息管理、供应链系统绩效评价。
The application of the theory of human resources supply chain management to the field of human resource management aims at the maximization of the enterprise human resources value by assigning the appropriatetalents to the right positions at a reasonable cost in the right time. The internal coordination and cooperation in the enterprises, and the strategic partnership between the enterprises and human resource suppliers, have laid a solidfoundation and guarantee for the human resources supply chain. Human resources forecast, supplier evaluation and selection, human resources distribution management, human resource information management, and supply chain system performance evaluation are the core elements in the construction of the enterprise human resources supply chain.
