Primary Adrenal non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma:Report of Seven Cases

目的:研究原发性肾上腺淋巴瘤(PAL)的临床特征及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析7例PAL患者的临床症状,影像学表现等资料,结合相关文献分析其诊治及临床效果。结果:7例中5例行手术治疗并接受化疗,2例随访1年健在,3例分别于术后2、6、9个月死亡。未手术治疗2例接受化疗,分别于出院后6、8个月死亡。结论:PAL缺乏典型临床及影像学表现,FDG-PET在诊断上具有优势;预后差,合并肾上腺皮质功能低下的患者更差;手术联合化疗效果优于单一治疗。

Objective To study the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of primary adrenal lymphoma （PAL）. Methods Retrospective analysis of seven cases of PAL in patients with clinical symptoms, imaging performance was done and combined with relevant literature. Results Five patients received surgery and seven cases had pathological diagnosis. Two cases were followed up 1 year alive, the other three cases died in the post-operative period of two, six, nine months. Two cases without surgical treatment received chemotherapy and died six, eight months after being discharged from hospital. Conclusion PAL is short of typical clinical and imaging findings, FDG-PET has an advantage in the diagnosis of PAL.PAL has poor prognosis, and in-patients mergering with adrenal insufficiency even worse. Surgery combined with chemotherapy gives a better result than a single treatment.
