摘要
功率合成器是功率放大器中的重要组成部件,其特性直接影响功率放大器的性能。针对系统低损耗和高效率的要求,提出了一种新颖的同轴-波导四路功率合成器的设计方案。用电路仿真软件和电磁场仿真软件协同仿真的方法设计了一款频率范围为2.2~2.3 GHz的低损耗和高效率的四路功率合成器,并进行了加工和测试。测试指标与仿真结果高度吻合,对所提出功率合成器的性能进行了验证。
Power combiner is one of the important components in the high-power amplifier, and its character has distinct influences on the performances of power amplifier. For the requirement of low loss and high efficiency, the design scheme of a new coaxial- waveguide four-way power combiner is proposed. A four-way power combiner within frequency range of 2.2 GHz - 2.3 GHz with low loss and high efficiency is designed by cooperative simulation of circuit simulation software and electromagnetic field software, and it is processed and tested. The test specifications and simulation results are highly accordant. The performances of the proposed power combiner are validated.
