摘要
毛黄鳃金龟(Holotrichia trichophora(Faijmajre))卵在20℃恒温,含水量为10%~12%的土壤中孵育,胚胎经23~24d 发育完成,幼虫孵化出壳。本文对金龟卵从产出到孵化所经历的卵裂、胚盘形成、胚带分化、组织器官的形成、胚体背合以及伴随着发育而进行的胚动进行了系统描述。随着卵内胚胎发育,卵的体积、重量以及外观均有相应变化,由此可以把卵的发育划分为发育前期、发育中期和发育后期三个阶段。这种划分可供测报参考。
The egg of Holotrichia trichophore (Fairmaire) were incubated under a constant temperature of 20℃ and in the soil with 10%~12% moisture co- ntent for 23~24days when theembryoes completed their development and larvae escaped from the eggs.As a rule,the embryo developed continuously through the cleavage and blastoderm formation,germ band differeotiation,organogene- sis,shortening of the germ band and dorsal closure.It is so interesting that the variations of the general appearances,e.g.the volume,the weight,the tran- sparency,etc.agreed quite well with the courses of early,middle and late stages of the embryonic development.We suggested this might be useful in fore- casting the emergence period of the larvae.
