数字化是网络作品的突出特点。网络作品的版权具有传输权、权利标示权、反解密权等新内容 ,但也应受到相应限制。网络作品的交易通过网络完成 ,应当通过立法、管理、技术措施强化对网络作品版权的保护。
Digitalization is the noticeable characteristic of Internet works. The copyright of Internet works includes the right of transmission, the right of label, the right of anti-uncovering the cipher code. However, it should be restricted to some extent. The exchange of Internet works is fulfilled through Internet. Thus, the copyright of Internet works should be protected through legislation, management, and technology.
