楼宇认购书是商品房售购双方在签订预售或出售合同前达成的拟购签约意向。签定认购书的主体必须合法 ,认购书的内容必须合法 ,必须采用书面形式 ,是双方当事人真实的意思表示。购买人签定楼宇认购书应谨防误入陷阱。

Subscription document of residential building is the purchasing intention agreed on by the buyer and seller before signing the pre-sale or sale contract. The subject signing the subscription document must be lawful; the content of it must be lawful; it must be in written form. It reveals true intentions of both parties. The purchaser signing the subscription document must be cautious and avoid falling into the trap.
