在充分了解滨南油田地质特征、开发历程、开发现状以及主要技术措施及效果的基础上,分新老井分别研究其开发规律,确定新井初始产量、老井递减率等参数的取值依据,并结合油价、成本、投资等经济参数,评价滨南油田经济可采储量,分析评价结果的合理性,为胜利油田年度储量评估工作提供方法参考。
