掘进机液压系统泄漏问题的探讨

在煤矿开采机械化程度不断提高的大环境下,掘进机在井下的使用越来越常态化,在使用中发现掘进机液压系统存在泄露问题,严重影响着掘进工作的安全性、可靠性,并造成油液浪费、污染周围环境、增加掘进机的停工时间、降低生产率、增加生产成本等一系列问题。因此,掘进机液压系统泄露必须得到控制。本文主要探讨了掘进机液压系统泄漏的原因及防治办法。

The coal mining mechanization degree rise ceaselessly big environment, boring machine in mine is used more and more normalized, found in the use of digging machine hydraulic system leak problem, seriously affecting the tunneling work safety, reliability, and caused oil waste, pollution to the surrounding environment, increase the tunneling machine downtime time, reduced productivity, increased cost of production and a series of problems. Therefore, boring machine hydraulic system leakage must be controlled. This paper mainly discusses the digging machine hydraulic system leakage causes and preventive measures.
