The Role of ERK Signal Pathway in Renal Fibrosis

摘要 肾脏纤维化是各种慢性肾脏病发展为终末期肾病的共同通路,其发生机制十分复杂,目前研究发现其与多种细胞及细胞因子有关。近年来,细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)信号通路与肾纤维化的关系越来越受到学者重视,其不仅与肾小球硬化密切相关,同时还参与肾间质纤维化的形成。因此,对ERK信号通路的深入研究,可以为人们研究肾脏纤维化的机制提供新思路。 Renal fibrosis is the common path of various kinds of chronic nephritis′ terminal stage,the mechanism is very complex,and various cells and cytokines are involved.Great importance has been attached to the role of ERK signal pathway in renal fibrosis in recent years,which is not only closely related with glomerular sclerosis,but is also involved in renal interstitial fibrosis.Thus,deeper study of ERK signal pathway,could provide new ideas for renal fibrosis research.
