滚塑成型技术的研究现状及其展望

Research Status and Prospect of Rotational Moulding Technique Application

随着世界塑料产品市场的快速发展以及塑料技术的日益成熟,与注塑、吹塑成型等成型方法相比,滚塑在大型及超大型中空类容器(储罐、槽等)成型方面具有不可替代的作用,应用领域不断拓宽。在介绍了滚塑成型原理的基础上,根据滚塑成型用料要求归总了各种滚塑适用原料并进行了对比,综合分析了滚塑成型设备的研究现状以及滚塑技术的发展前景。

With the rapid development of plastic products in the world and the more and more sophistication of plastic technology, the rotational moulding （RM） becomes the most practical and irreplaceable way of producing the large and super large containers, such as tanks etc. Compared with injection moulding and blow moulding, RM has the characteristics of low cost and easy-to-use, and its application is extended into many domains. The principle of rotational moulding and comparison of raw material by the requirement of rotational moulding is introduced. The paper emphasizes the introduction of state-of-the-art of RM equipment and also points out the development of RM.
