蛋白酶体抑制剂是一种新型的具有发展前景的肿瘤靶向治疗药物。主要通过抑制蛋白酶体在细胞内的活性,影响细胞周期,改变凋亡通路,以促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,增加化疗药物的敏感性,逆转化疗耐药。该文就蛋白酶体的结构功能、蛋白酶体抑制剂作用机制及其在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展予以综述,为其用于妇科肿瘤治疗提供理论基础。

Proteasome inhibitors is a class of novel potent and effective anti-tumor agents.The mechanisms of proteasome inhibitors to accelerate apoptosis,increase sensitivity to chemotherapy and reverse the multi-drug resistance are through inhibiting activities of proteasome,influencing cell cycle and changing apoptosis pathways.Here is to make a review on the function and mechanisms of proteasome inhibitors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for treatment of gynecological neoplasms.
