摘要
乳腺癌和代谢综合征(MS)是威胁女性健康和生命的两大常见疾病。MS的病理生理基础为胰岛素抵抗,以中心性肥胖为核心,合并高血压、糖代谢和脂代谢紊乱等多种代谢物异常集结的病理状态。MS与乳腺癌发病机制关系密切,且存在共同细胞因子表达。对MS的研究可以为乳腺癌的治疗寻找新的靶点,从发病机制上预防及治疗乳腺癌。
Breast cancer and metabolic syndrome（MS）are two common diseases in the world,which threaten the health and life of the femal.MS centralized with central obesity includes hypertention,hyperglycima and dyslipidemia,and insulin resistance is the pathophysiological base.Lots of research have shown that MS is highly related with breast cancer and expression of the same cytokines were observed.There may be new targets for the treatment of breast cancer from the reasearch of MS,to prevent and treat breast cancer from pathogenesis.
