摘要
凹版印刷机已经广泛地应用于印刷包装行业中,但大都采用传统老式的机械总轴式传动机构,传动速度和套印精度都相对较低。介绍了对此种老式传动机构的改进,即主传动部分的张力控制由变频器统一调节控制,分别控制三交流变频器电动机,使其在印刷过程中的印刷速度保持同步一致。生产实践表明,此传动控制系统运行稳定,张力控制精度提高,充分证明了方案的合理性与正确性。
Concave printers are widely used in the printing and packaging industry. But most of them adopt vintage transmission mechanisms in general machinery shaft. The speed of transmission and the precision of overprint are both very low. This paper improves the vintage transmission mechanisms. The tension control of main drive and synchro are controlled by the main frequency converter, 3 motors ,make the speed of the whole machine synchronous. Production practice shows that this transmission system can run steadily and meet the demand of control precisions. It proves that the scheme from ours is pretty nice and fairly correct.
