摘要
将激光测量技术和多目视觉照相测量技术相融合,分别发挥激光测量精度高、定位准,照相测量速度快、密度高的特点,研制曲面板三维形状的自动测量以及划线定位系统,实现曲面板上的关键点的位置精确、快速的测量,该系统可基本实现工业船舶行业对曲面板技术的要求,对造船业的发展具有重要的现实意义。
This article will laser measurement technology and visual camera measuring technology integration, are played by laser high measuring precision, accurate positioning, photographic measurement speed, high density characteristics, development of curved plate shape measurement and scribing positioning system, realize the curved panel on the key points of the position accuracy, rapid measurement, the system can realize the basic industry of shipbuilding industry on the curved panel technology requirements, the development of shipbuilding industry has the important practical significance.
