摘要
结合热轧企业传统的能源管理系统的实际情况,系统利用ZigBee无线通信技术,实现对热轧企业的能源网络化抄表。文章介绍了能源管理系统整体方案设计,详细描述了数据中心的建立方法。实际运行结果表明,该系统工作性能稳定,在数据采集、传输、处理等方面均达到了设计要求,满足了热轧企业的需要。
Consider of the actual situation of the traditional energy management system in hot rolled enterprise. The system use ZigBee wireless communication technology to realize the network meter reading of the energy of hot roiled enterprise.This paper introduces the scheme design of energy management system, describes the establishing method of the data center.The applicable results shown that the working performance of the system is quite stable and can reach the design requirements in real-time data acquisition, remote transmission and disposal, meet the need of hot rolled enterprise.
