摘要
为了提高中小型制造企业的刀具管理水平,对刀具的自动识别与追踪技术进行了研究,最终确定Data Matrix二维码用于刀具的自动识别与追踪技术。实际应用表明,该技术优化了刀具资源管理过程,诸如减少刀具的加工准备时间等,加强了企业底层资源信息的采集与处理能力,降低了企业用刀成本,最终提高了企业生产率和综合竞争力。
In order to improve the tool management level of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,A study is made on automatic tool recognition and tracking technology. Finally, Data Matrix codes are used for the automatic tool identification and tracking technology. The practical application shows this technology optimizes tool resource management process, such as reducing the setup time of the cutting tool and so on. The acquisition and processing capacity of the enterprise underlying resource information is strengthened. The tool cost of enterprises is lowered. Ultimately, the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises is improved.
