摘要
就蕹菜中硝酸盐含量与栽培技术的关系进行了资料查阅,分析了蕹菜硝酸盐含量限量指标及引起增减的生理原因,以期在今后的生产中能够为人们提供一些指导。
The data of the relationship between nitrate content and cultivation pattern in Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. were look up, the limit values of the vegetable nitrate content and cause of physiological reasons were analyzed, so as to provide guidance for people in the future production.
