摘要
从烟农合作社的服务内容、服务半径以及服务人员的数量3个方面进行深入分析,探讨合作社单位效益与规模效益的相互联系,寻求平衡点和临界值,进而加以改进和试点,以为最终形成更为合理的烟农服务合作社运作模式奠定基础。
The relationship between the tobacco farmers cooperatives＇ unit efficiency and scale efficiency was explored, mainly focused on three aspects of the tobacco farmers cooperatives,which included service content, service radiua and the number of service staffs. In order to seek the balance point and the threshold in the tobacco farmers cooperatives, added by making improvement and piloting, relationship between the cooperatives and its scale merit were discussed here with the purpose of providing a more reasonable and rational basic model for the cooperatives.
