显微外科治疗枕大孔区肿瘤

Microsurgical treatment of foramen magnum tumor

目的探讨枕大孔区肿瘤的显微外科治疗。方法回顾分析经显微外科治疗和病理证实的枕大孔区肿瘤16例,其中采用枕下后正中入路11例,远外侧入路5例。结果病理类型:脑膜瘤6例,神经鞘瘤9例,皮样囊肿1例。肿瘤全切12例,次全切4例。门诊随访3个月至5年,无症状10例,遗有颅神经功能障碍4例,生活自理1例,部分自理1例。结论采用显微外科治疗可提高枕大孔区肿瘤的疗效。

Objective To study microsurgical treatment of foramen magnum tumors. Methods Tile clinical data of 16 patients with foramen magnum tumor underwent microsurgical treatment, in whom 11 with the suboccipital midline approach and 5 with the far lateral approach, were analyzed retrospectively Results 12 patients got total removal,4 got partial removal. Pathological types include 9 of meningioma,6 of neurinoma and 1 of dermoid cysts. The follow-up from 3 mouths to 5 years showed 10 patients were without any symptoms,4 with cranial nerve functional disturbance, 1 taking care of life totally by himself and another one partially. Conclusion Microsurgical operation can effectively improve curative resuhs of foramen tumor.
