摘要
以津保铁路DK55~DK67段水泥砂浆桩加固处理软基工程为例,叙述了水泥砂浆桩工艺试验、施工工艺流程及工艺参数等,总结了施工质量检测及控制要点。现场检测结果表明,水泥砂浆桩成桩强度高,加固软土地基后地基承载力提高,加固效果好,能满足200~250 km/h铁路客运专线和客货共线铁路地基加固处理要求。
Taking the engineering of the soft foundation for DK55-DK67 Section of Tianjin-Baoding Railway reinforced by cement mortar mixing pile as the example, the technological test, construction process and specifications relating to cement mortar mixing pile are described, and the construction quality inspection and control points are generalized. The on-site inspection result shows that the cement mortar mixing pile has such high strength that the bearing capacity of the soft foundation so reinforced is improved; and the effect of such reinforcement is good enough to meet the requirement of foundation treatment for 200-250 km/h PDL and line for mixed passenger and freight traffic.
