摘要
利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)和纤维质量分析仪(FQA)对脱墨浆纤维的微观形貌和性能进行表征分析.结果表明,脂肪酶在酶用量30 U·g-1、酶处理时间15 min、酶处理浓度9%、碎浆时间8 min、乳化剂用量0.05%时,脱墨效果较好.脂肪酶脱墨浆的ESEM表明其纤维表面变得比较光滑;FQA检测结果表明,与对照浆相比脂肪酶脱墨浆纤维的算术平均长度和重均长度基本不变,而宽度均略有降低.
The fiber surface property and the fiber quality were characterized with environmental scanning electron microscopy and fiber quality analyzer. The results showed that the optimal deinking performance was obtained under the conditions of enzyme dosage 30 U·g^-1, enzyme treatment time 15 min, treatment concentration 9%, pulping time 8 min, and emulsifier dosage 0.05%. The ESEM characterization of the lipase-aided deinked fibers indicated that the fiber surfaces were smoother than the controlled sample. It could also be found that the arithmetic average length of lipase-aided deinked fibers remained unchanged and the width decreased slightly compared with the controlled pulp through FQA analysis.
