摘要
目的探讨Th17细胞及IL-17在儿童心肌炎发病中的作用。方法选择30例临床诊断为心肌炎的患儿及30例正常对照儿童,用流式细胞术检测Th17细胞在CD4+T细胞中的细胞频率,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清IL-17表达水平。结果心肌炎患儿外周血中Th17细胞在CD4+T细胞中细胞频率为(3.82±0.97),正常对照儿童为(0.29±0.09),两组差异有统计学意义(t=19.700,P<0.05);心肌炎患儿外周血IL-17水平为(68.57±5.81)pg/ml,正常对照儿童为(9.07±2.27)pg/ml,两组差异有统计学意义(t=52.235,P<0.05)。结论 Th17细胞及IL-17可能参与儿童心肌炎的发病过程。
Objectives To explore the roles of Thl7 cells and IL-17 in childhood myocarditis. Methods Thirty children with myocarditis and 30 normal children were enrolled in this study. The frequency of Thl7 cell subsets in CD4+ T cells was studied using flow cytometry and serum IL-17 protein level was measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The frequencies of Th17 cells was (3.82±0.97) in children with myocarditis, while (0.29±0.09) in normal children. Significant difference was found between myocarditis children and normal children (t=19.700, P〈0.05). Serum IL-17 protein level was (68.57±5.81) pg/mL in myocarditis children and (9.07±2.27) pg/mL in normal children. Significant difference was found between m,cocarditis children and normal children (t=52.235, P〈0.05). Conclusions Th17 cells andIL-17 may involve in the pathogenesis of childhood myocarditis.
