血清载脂蛋白E与脑梗死的关系研究

Relationship Between Serum Apolipoprotein E and Cerebral Infarction

目的分析载脂蛋白E(ApoE)在脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)患者血清中的水平,探讨两者之间的关系。方法检测78例CI患者(CI组)和50例健康体检者(对照组)载脂蛋白E、总胆固醇(TC)、血尿酸(UA)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 CI组ApoE、TC、UA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),诊断的敏感度和特异性分别为:84.6%和90.0%、47.4%和88.0%、59.0%和68.0%。结论血清载脂蛋白E与脑梗死关系密切,可能是其重要风险因子,对其具有一定的辅助诊断价值。

Objective To analyse the serum apolipoprotein E levels in patients with cerebral infarction,and explore the relationship between them. Methods Levels of serum apolipoprotein E,total cholesterol and serum uric acid were detected in 78 patients with CI（CI group） and 50 normal controls （ control group） , and analyzed by statistics way. Results Levels of serum apolipoprotein E, total cholesterol and serum uric acid in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 84.6% and 90% , 47.4% and 88% , 59% and 68%. Conclusion Serum apolipoprotein E is closely related with cere- bral infarction, which may be an important risk factor, and has certain value for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
