甲型流感病毒致病力相关因子PB1-F2研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 流感病毒是引起流行性感冒的病原体,不定期出现的流感大流行以及每年的季节性流感给人类社会带来严重危害。Chen等在研究主要组织相容性复合物I类分子递呈甲型流感病毒A/PuertoRico/8/34(PR8)抗原肽时,发现了一个全新的小分子蛋白,由87个氨基酸残基组成,分子量约为10.5kDa,称之为PB1-F2。
