改良Lapidus手术对内侧足纵弓近端邻近关节活动度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较正常足与改良Lapidus术后拇外翻足楔舟及距舟关节运动幅度,研究第1跖楔关节融合后邻近关节是否会继发性活动度增加而导致关节炎。方法对21例(29足)拇外翻行第1跖楔关节融合术。术后摄足部侧位X线片,测量邻近关节运动幅度,比较正常足与术后拇外翻足的差异。结果两组邻近关节运动幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良Lapidus术治疗有第1跖楔关节不稳的中重度足拇外翻具有良好效果,同时不会导致邻近关节活动度增加而产生可能的继发性关节炎。
