摘要
目的:通过乙醇提取法提取白芷有效成分,由白芷提取物的紫外光谱研究白芷提取物的稳定性。方法:使用紫外分光光度计确定白芷提取物的最大吸收波长,测定其最大吸光度。结果:白芷的提取物(呋喃香豆素类化合物)的最大吸收波长为299 nm,对时间和氧化剂的稳定性较好,光照下稳定性下降,随温度升高稳定性先增加后降低,不同pH值下溶液的吸光度改变不同,金属离子可以提高呋喃香豆素类化合物的稳定性。结论:白芷的乙醇提取物应尽量避光置于碱性条件久储,其本身抗氧化性较好,加入金属离子有利于提取物的长期存放。
Objective:to research the stability of the extract of Angelica dahurica (Fisch. ex. Hoffm. ). by ultraviolet absorption change. Methods: A ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the maximum absorption wavelength and determine the big- gest spectro-photometry of the extract. Results: Storage time had no influence on the stability of the extract, but the illumination, tem- perature, pH value, oxidant, metal ion of Cu2+ and Fe2+ and Fe3 + affect the biggest spectro - photometry of the extract. The best ex- traction process of Angelica dahurica ( Fisch. ex. Hoffm. ) was that extract tripled with 70% ethanol in a 1:5 solid-liquid rate, every time three hours. The extract of Angelica dahurica (Fisch. ex. Hoffm. ) is not stable under light, metal ion, PH value, the oxidant, the temperature , and attention should he paid to its storage. Conclusion:In order to store the extract for a longer time , the ethanol extract of Angelica is advised to be stored in a dark environment which is alkaline.
