正交试验法优选丹参药材中丹参酮Ⅱ_A提取工艺的研究

The research of optimizing the alcohol extraction process of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Dan Shen medicinal materials though the orthogonal experimental method

目的:优选丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸膏量和高效液相色谱法测定浸膏中丹参酮ⅡA的含量为评价指标,进行正交设计试验。结果:优选的醇提工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%,提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论:优选的提取条件对丹参酮ⅡA提取率高,稳定性好,科学合理。

Objective：To optimize the alcohol extraction process of TanshinoneⅡA in Dan Shen medicinal materials. Methods： By u- sing the Orthogonal experimental method to optimize the technology, the extract quantity and the content of TanshinoneⅡA was determined as quantitative indicator. Results： The best alcohol extraction process of TanshinoneⅡA in Dan Sben medicinal materials was wher the concentration of alcohol was 80 % ,. The number of extractions was three, and the time of extraction was 0.5 hours. Conclusion： In this test, the extraction rate of tanshinoneⅡA is high, the stability of process is good, reliable, and the test is scientific and reasonable.
