摘要
目的:优选丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸膏量和高效液相色谱法测定浸膏中丹参酮ⅡA的含量为评价指标,进行正交设计试验。结果:优选的醇提工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%,提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论:优选的提取条件对丹参酮ⅡA提取率高,稳定性好,科学合理。
Objective:To optimize the alcohol extraction process of TanshinoneⅡA in Dan Shen medicinal materials. Methods: By u- sing the Orthogonal experimental method to optimize the technology, the extract quantity and the content of TanshinoneⅡA was determined as quantitative indicator. Results: The best alcohol extraction process of TanshinoneⅡA in Dan Sben medicinal materials was wher the concentration of alcohol was 80 % ,. The number of extractions was three, and the time of extraction was 0.5 hours. Conclusion: In this test, the extraction rate of tanshinoneⅡA is high, the stability of process is good, reliable, and the test is scientific and reasonable.
