伴耳鼻咽喉疾病焦虑抑郁症的诊治体会(附20例报告) 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨伴发耳鼻咽喉疾病焦虑抑郁症患者的诊断和治疗。方法:对20例以耳鼻喉症状首诊于耳鼻咽喉科的患者采用汉密尔顿抑郁自评量表(hamilton depression rating scale,HAMD)及焦虑自评量表(anxiety self-rating scale,HAMA)评分,轻到中度焦虑13例,中到重度焦虑合并抑郁7例,所有病例采用20 mg帕罗西汀治疗及心理干预,有明确躯体疾病的给予病因治疗。结果:所有患者症状明显好转,HAMD及HAMA评分差异有统计学意义。结论:提高耳鼻咽喉科医生对心理疾病的认识,有助于更好地识别心理疾病和身体疾病,提高诊断率,避免不必要的医疗纠纷。 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of depression patients with ENT diseases. Methods: Twenty cases of patients first diagnosed in the Department of Otolaryngology with ENT symptoms were divided into two groups using the Hamilton De- pression Rating Scale (HAMD) and anxiety self-rating scale (HAMA). There were 13 cases with mild to moderate anxiety symptoms and seven cases with moderate to severe anxiety symptoms and depression. , All patients were treated with 20 mg of Paroxetine. Re- suits: All patients with symptoms improved HAMD and HAMA score difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: Inproving department of otolaryngology doctors understanding of mental illness, mental illness, and physical illness, then need to better identify and improve their diagnosis, to avoid unnecessary medical disputes.
