摘要
棉株游离脯氨酸含量高低与棉花蚜景或蚜害指数成显著负相关。游离脯氨酸是棉花重要的抗蚜性物质之一,对棉蚜的寄主选择性、生长、发育及繁殖均有较强的制约作用。棉株受蚜虫刺吸胁迫后产生生理应激反应,可使游离脯氨酸含量大幅度升高,从而诱导提高棉花的总体抗蚜性强度。
Experiments were carried out to study the relationship between the free proline and the resistance of cotton to aphid.The results showed that the free proline in cotton plant is one of the important aphid-resistant components,which can affect host-selection9 growth,development,and reproduction of Aphis gossypii. The aphid incidence(i.e.the aphid population density and the injuring index) was signifcantly and negatively correlated with the free proline content.The physiolo- gical stress as a result of aphid feeding may lead to marked increase in free proline content of cotton plants so free prolines play the role both in resistance and induced reistance to A.gossypii.
