摘要
镜像痛是躯体一侧组织或神经损伤后,不但损伤部位出现疼痛和痛敏,而且对侧相对应的部位也可出现疼痛和痛敏的现象,这种现象在临床和动物模型中均可出现。文中回顾镜像痛临床病例和动物模型中的镜像痛现象,探讨镜像痛可能的发生机制,并介绍临床镜像痛的治疗进展和前景。
Mirror-image pain is a spontaneous pain and hyperalgesia induced by tissue or nerve injury in both the injured and the contralateral site. This phenomenon has been described in both humans and animal models. The contralateral allodynia to injury has been described both in humans and animal models. This article presents an overview on mirror-image pain in human beings and animal models, and updates its possible mechanisms and management.
