宫颈癌空洞型肺转移瘤的CT表现

CT performance of cavitary pulmonary metastases from cervical cancer

目的分析宫颈癌空洞型肺转移瘤的CT表现,以提高对本病的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析16例经证实的宫颈癌空洞型肺转移瘤的CT图像。结果宫颈癌空洞型肺转移以肺内类圆形、圆形多发结节合并空洞多见,空洞壁以薄壁、厚度均匀、内外壁较光滑者多见。结论影像和临床相结合对宫颈癌空洞型肺转移瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Objective To study the CT images of cavitary pulmonary metastasis from cervical cancer for the purpose of improving the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods CT images of 16 cases of proven cavitary pulmonary metastasis from cervi- cal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results Cavitary pulmonary metastasis from cervical cancer was characterized by nodules and cavity with homogenous thick wall, most of the cavernous＂ internal and external wall were smooth. Conclusion CT examination combined with clinical manifestations was valuable for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cavitary pul- monary metastasis from cervical cancer.
