摘要
通过对某厂使用的压铸模具进行温度场的数值模拟试验,寻找出影响模具温度场变化的主要工艺参数,并把压铸过程分成压铸-凝固、开模-取件、喷涂-合模、合模-下次压铸4个阶段,进行热应力和机械应力的耦合数值模拟试验。选取不同截面上的不同区域进行应力变化分析,找出了在不同工艺参数下的应力变化规律,为模具寿命预测提供了参考。
Although there are many factors influencing die-casting die failure, thermal stress and mechan- ical stress subjected in working process are main responsible for the failure. The temperature field of a die casting die from a factory was simulated to understand the key parameters influencing temperature field changes in mould. The die-casting process was divided into four stages: die casting-solidification, open mold-pick up ,spraying- clamping, clamping- next die-casting ,and coupling numerical simulation for thermal stress and mechanical stress was conducted. Through analyzing stress changes at different area from different cross-sections, stress change mechanism was presented at different processing param- eters, providing a data reference to predicting service life of mould.
