对于新《事业单位财务规则》的几点认识

随着社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善、公共财政体制不断健全、财政改革不断深入及社会事业领域重大财政措施陆续出台,原《事业单位财务规则》的部分内容已经不能完全适应改革和发展的要求,也难以满足事业单位财务管理的需要。因此《规则》的修订、出台也就成为必然。
