丹参多酚对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨丹参多酚对血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组10只及糖尿病模型组20只。正常对照组正常饮食,糖尿病模型组予高脂高糖饮食联合小剂量STZ注射造模,并予丹参多酚治疗,正常对照组给予生理盐水,观察治疗前及治疗14 d后的血管内皮功能。结果:糖尿病模型组的血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、内设细胞钙粘蛋白(VE-Ca)高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。经丹参多酚治疗后,糖尿病模型组大鼠的血清ADMA、VE-Ca浓度下降(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病大鼠有血管内皮功能损伤,丹参多酚对血管内皮功能有保护作用。 Objective: To explore protective effects of Salviaolate on endothelial function in Diabetes Mellitus (DM) rats. Methods: Thirty SD rats were divided as control group (n=10) and DM group (n=20). The control group was feed with normal diet. DM model was established by high-sucrose and high-fat diet with STZ injection. The DM group was given Salvianolate, and the control group was given normal saline. The concentrations of serum ADMA and VE-Ca before and 14 days after the treatment were determined. Results: The concentrations of serum ADMA and VE-Ca in the DM group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.01). After treatment with Salvianolate, the concentrations of ADMA and VE-Ca in the DM group were significantly decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion: DM rats have endothelial injury, and Salvianolate can protect the endothelial function.
