埃他卡林片对低氧性肺动脉高压血清酶活性的影响

摘要 目的:研究埃他卡林对缺氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)患者血清酶活性的影响。方法:在海拔5000 m以上高原,将110名HPH患者随机分为埃他卡林治疗组(实验组,n=74)和安慰剂对照组(对照组,n=36),治疗前、治疗6个月后分别采血检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)、肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。结果:服药后组内实验组较对照组ALT、AST、r-GT、CK、LDH均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);服药前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。服药后较服药前实验组和对照组组间比较均增多,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:埃他卡林对低氧造成应激损伤的心肌细胞具有明显的保护作用,其保护作用与线粒体膜和细胞膜的KATP通道激活有关。 Objective:To explore the effect of Iptkalim on serum enzyme activity in patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH). Methods: A total of 110 HPH patients living in high altitude area (above 5000 m) were randomly divided into Iptkalim group (n = 74) and placebo group (n = 36). The serum ALT, AST, r- GT, CK and LDH levels were detected before therapy and after treatment of 6 months. Results: There was no difference before administration of medicine ( P 〉 0.05 ), there were obvious differences in the serum ALT, AST, r - GT, CK and LDH levels between the two groups after treatment (P 〈 0.05 ) . Compared with groups before administration of medicine, the levels of the serum enzymes were significantly increased in both groups after treament ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The Iptkalim can protect myocardial cells injured by hypoxia, which may be related with the KATP channel activation of mitochondrial membrane and cell membrane.
