摘要
超深水钻井环境和技术工艺复杂,对钻井作业安全提出了极高的挑战,而超深水钻井装置防喷器系统是确保钻井和井控作业安全的核心设备。利用冗余方法从防喷器系统配置和测试2个方面对"海洋石油981"超深水钻井装置防喷器系统进行了可靠性分析,结果表明:除了全井段使用88.900 mm钻杆作业和剪切钻杆的工况外,防喷器及其控制系统是一个多重冗余配置系统,系统的可靠性是足够的。在此基础上,提出了进一步提升"海洋石油981"平台防喷器系统可靠性的配置方案建议。
Based on the extreme challenge of safety operation due to harsh environment and complex tech- nology at uhra-deepwater, subsea B()P and control system is known as the core system for well control and safe operation. In the paper, redundanee technique is adopted to analyze the reliability of subsea BOP and control system for drilling unit HYSY981 in the re- spects of the configuration and test of BOP system. The analysis result has indicated that the reliability of BOP and the control system is sufficient except for ca- pacity of pipe ram for 8,8. 900 mm drilling pipe and shearing ram. A better configuration is recommended to improve the system.
