摘要
以陆地双通道钻杆反循环钻井技术为基础,结合深水钻井工艺特点,设计了深水双通道钻杆反循环钻井工艺流程及关键设备;计算分析了双通道钻杆反循环钻井方法应用于深水钻井中的优势,探讨了该方法应用于深水钻井所面临的技术难题,并提出了解决措施。这些研究成果对双通道钻杆反循环钻井方法应用于深水钻井具有借鉴意义。
Based on the reverse circulation drilling method with dual concentric drill pipe on land, the technological process and key equipments of deep water reverse circulation drilling with dual concen- tric drill pipe are designed according to the deep water drilling characteristics. The advantage of this reverse circulation drilling in the deep water is calcu- lated and analyzed. Then the technological problems of this new drilling method in deep water drilling are discussed, and the corresponding solutions are pro- posed. The research result is of certain reference val- ue for the application of reverse circulation drilling with dual concentric drill pipe in deep water.
