Investigation and Analysis on the Quality of 5 800 Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:分析门诊中药处方的质量和用药情况,促进处方书写规范化、标准化,推动临床合理用药。方法:以随机抽样法抽取2009年1月—2011年5月5 800张我院门诊处方(每月各200张),采用列表方式进行分类统计分析。结果:不合理处方1 168张,占抽查处方总数的20.14%。其中,处方书写不规范的有763张,占抽查处方总数13.16%;不合理用药的处方有405张,占抽查处方总数6.98%。结论:我院门诊中药处方用药基本合理,但仍然存在较多问题。根据情况应加大《处方管理办法》的实施力度,加强处方的监督检查,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the quality of outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital to promote the standardization of prescription writing and clinical rational drug use.METHODS： A total of 5 800 outpatient prescriptions sampled in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2011（200 per month） were analyzed statistically using tables.RESULTS： 1 168（20.14%） of the prescriptions were found to be unqualified,with 763（13.16） non-standard in prescription writing and 405（6.98%） irrational in drug use.CONCLUSION： The use of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital was rational on the whole yet there were still many problems.It is necessary to tighten enforcement of ＂prescription management method＂ and strengthen the supervision and check on prescriptions so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use.
