Design and Implement of General Management System of Public Meteorological Service Mobile Phone Text Message

公共气象服务手机短信综合管理系统是基于Microsoft SQL Server 2005建立短信数据库,运用软件编程技术、数据库技术将昆明市现有的移动、电信两大气象服务短信、优秀气象短信素材以及短信综合评审结果提取入库,同时建立基于B/S结构的Web信息数据查询平台,实现优秀短信素材的调用和短信综合评审结果的汇总查询,以此提高公共气象服务短信质量,达到提高公共气象服务水平的目的。

Aimed at improving quality and level of public meteorological service, based on Microsoft SQL Server 2005, this paper discusses a general management system of mobile phone text messages which can inspect the quality of text messages for China Mobile and China Unicorn and append check grades and excellent materials to data base by means of program- ruing technology. The system also includes a Web data query platform based on B/S structure which can implement tbe in- quiry of excellent text messages and check grades.
