This paper introduces the features of TCP communication, the communication mechanism design is analyzed, and the Visual Studio 2008 C# development environment using the TcpClient and TcpListener programming method are discussed, through the properties and methods of the above two classes, can be flexible to meet the actual needs of the TCP communication procedures, can be well meet the actual project development demand.
