基于统计参数优化的质心定位算法探讨

摘要 针对传统接收信号强度指示(RSSI)算法对于复杂环境的适应能力弱的问题,对基于RSSI的质心定位算法进行统计参数改良优化,提高定位精度。在充分分析传统基于RSSI的质心定位算法的基础上,运用最小二乘法改进模型参数,用平均权重优化质心算法极大似然估计过程,对传统质心定位算法进行优化改进。实验结果表明,改进后的定位算法精度有较大提高,在增加参考节点情况下,定位精度增加更为明显,具有良好的定位效果。基于统计参数优化的质心定位算法有效提高了RSSI定位算法的定位精度。 This paper proposals a statistic based centroid location algorithm optimization method to improve the accuracy of traditional Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) algorithm. On one hand, least squares method was used to optimize RSSI' s model parameters. On the other hand, average weight was used to optimize maximum likelihood estimation equation group. Experiments showed that the accuracy of optimized location algorithm had been greatly improved and excellent loca- tion effect was much more obvious in the case of adding the number of reference node. The statistic based centroid location algorithm optimization method effectively improves accuracy of RSSI location algorithm.
