摘要
从导爆管雷管的发火机理出发,探讨了延期药的药剂种类、延期药粒度、延期药配比、延期体结构和制造工艺、雷管装配技术条件、消爆距离和消爆空间、导爆管长度等因素对导爆管雷管延时精度的影响规律。研究结果表明,上述因素均在不同程度上影响导爆管雷管的延时精度,在生产过程中需要加以控制。
Based on the ignition principle of nonel detonators, several factors that influence the delay precision of nonel detonators were discussed. The factors include the category of delay composition, particle size and ratio of delay composition, structure of delay element and its manufacturing technology, assembly conditions, detonation elimination distance and volume, the length of nonel and so on. The results indicated that those factors influence the delay precision of nonel detonators to varying degree. So it is reasonable to control those factors during the production process.
