针对某电雷管入厂验收过程中出现的半爆故障,根据电雷管的结构和作用原理,建立了半爆故障树,通过故障排查和复现确定了故障原因,并制定出解决措施。验证试验表明故障原因定位准确,解决措施有效地杜绝了半爆现象出现。

Aimed at half explosion phenomenon of some electric detonator during inspection, based on the structure and function principle of the electric detonator, the fault tree analysis of half explosion was carried out. The fault reason was determined through fault analysis and reappearance, then the improvement measures were proposed. The verification test indicated the right of fault determination and the effective of measures.
