摘要
本文在不同程度低温胁迫条件下,利用电导率法对8种葡萄砧木根系细胞膜透性变化规律进行研究,并利用Logistic方程对8种葡萄砧木根系低温胁迫半致死温度进行了计算比较。结果表明:随着低温胁迫程度的加重,根段浸提液相对电导率呈"S"形曲线上升。根段浸提液的相对电导率值对低温胁迫程度的响应规律与Logistic方程拟合度较高,根据求算出的低温胁迫半致死温度,初步判定8种葡萄砧木品种根系的抗寒性由强到弱的顺序为:贝达>5C>1103P>SO4>5BB>520A>110R>140R。
The roots of eight Grapevine rootstocks selected for the study of the law of their membrane permeability under different tem- peratures stress by using the electric conductivity method in their roots. The Logistic equation was used to calculate and compare the semi - lethal temperature (LTS0) of roots of eight Grapevine rootstocks. The results showed that the relative electric conductivity of roots segment soaks raises liquid increased like "S" curve concomitant with low temperature stress level reducing. The response law of the relative electric conductivity value of the root segment soaks raises liquid under low temperature stress and logistic equation have good fitting degree. According to calculate the semi - lethal temperature under low temperatures stress , preliminary determined the order of the cold - resistance of roots of eight Grapevine rootstocks from the strong to the weak : Beta 〉 5 C 〉 1103P 〉 520A 〉 5BB 〉 SO4 〉 110R 〉 140R.
