适应中国—东盟经贸合作的高职会展英语教学思考

Reflections on the Teaching of Exhibition English in Line with China-ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation

为适应中国—东盟经贸合作的需要,广西高职院校英语教学要注重专业的针对性和实用性,引入会展英语教学。可在旅游英语等专业中开设会展英语模块;编制一本适合学生学习的会展英语教材,用好用活教材;与国内名校合作,成立专门的会展英语培训机构;在高职高专中成立会展英语服务协会,通过教师的正确指导和会展行业人员的培训,培养掌握一定东盟经济、文化、科技等知识的"专业+英语"的高素质复合型人才。

To get geared to the demand of China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation, the focus of English in Guangxi-based vocational colleges should be on the practicality and target of the program, which are introduced into the teaching of Exhibition English. Exhibition English should be offered as a module for tourism English A textbook of Exhibition English that befits the student learning should be compiled and proper use should be made of it. Joint efforts with domestic key universities should be made to establish training centers for Exhibition English. A service association for Exhibition English should be established in an effort to cultivate high quality inter-disciplinary talents who are equipped with English and ASEAN economic, cultural and technological knowledge through the instruction of the teachers and professionals from exhibition industry.
