摘要
本文对日本和牛冻精细管生产过程中的种公牛饲养管理、采精管理、稀释液的配方及其配制过程,稀释过程,冷冻过程进行了详细描述。这项技术使细管冻精的平均活力由的0.3提高到0.4以上,大幅提高了冻精生产质量。
It elaborated the feeding and management of bulls, semen collection management,the formula of dilution and its preparation process, dilution process and freezing process during the production of frozen seminiferous tubule of Japanese Wagyu. This technology increased the average activity of tubule frozen semen from 0.3 to over 0.4,which greatly improved the production quality of frozen semen.
